As long as u have a possitive amount before first round u can start, for example. U have 10 milionen and bid on 2 player in the hope u get one. If u get the player for then maybe 11 milionen u still in the negotiation round for the other player too cause u were placing the bid as u had a positive amount of money. If noone bid for the second player u get him. But u can also continue biding if u have tokens for him then u might win but end up in debt. U have one week to balance your account, if not then you lose your best player and if not enough then second best and so on...
