motivated means using red arrows, although I have never seen someone mention unmotivated, but I would guess that means using blue arrows

Try setting a win bonus, go hard tackling, attacking or hard attacking, force counter attacks, play red arrows on your strikers and midfield, at HT if your struggling take of an MC_put on another ST.
