play friendlies against very weak teams of ur friends, I think the morale will go up

Not sure if the morale goes up playing friendlies but you get training cones!, you won't get a code given as you need to pay for them but if you get videos in your country watch them to get boostet packs, you should buy two players in very position or players with multi positions to help you in cituations like this.

Dont worry with low moral, it dosent have any impact in the game, only in the number If cards.
