I'm not an experienced manager but I use the same formation and my arrows are: red on both ST, CAM and LM, RM (no blue arrows). Orders are alomst all default except attacking team mentality and forcing counterattacks. Not saying that it's the only correct set up for this formation but it works fine for me

Are you wanting to attack? Then put reds on ST and all midfield, if you want to be cautious then leave arrow of DMC or put a blue on, orders, attacking and force counters for the first idea and normal, and no force counter for the second! I personly don't like a narrow back 3!.
