i have played a friendly game against a formation exactly like this and despite the fact that i had also better quality, i lost
Maybe he has other fish to fry.

Thats too much, what was in he's head? Even in real life with a formation like that you won't have any problem to score, like they said, more then 3 players on one side and just 2 defenders...
lol, he must have wanted to lose. last season i versed a guy using a 2-7-1, he was coming 4th in the league!?
