For these that don't like Academy players

The players highlighted are all academy 5,6 and 7 *.
The three at the bottom are as well, but they are all one star and never used, they are only there to keep my average lower so don't bother with their ratings.

All the players from the Academy that I trained up are decent so I'd say it's a pretty good hit rate if you put the time in. The 3 guys highlighted at the bottom have never been trained up and were played out of position all last season when I was tanking. They may well be decent players if I gave them the chance but I never bothered, so I wouldn't count them as being typical.!! :D
As for Kerr, he's the guy in the original post at the start of the thread!

I highlighted the ones I'm sure were Academy, there may be a couple more I don't remember. I have had many T Academy players and for the most part (I'd say more like 8 of 10) that I have bought have been really good players. I do only go for the 18T or higher ones, and only if I have an opening in that role.

As you can see I do keep them for a long time, and the ones I have sold have been a good amount of $$. Usually they are the highest value on the team when I get them, Taylor Twellman is awesome, he may be my replacement for Bobo when he retires.
