For some reason my striker when I Assign skill points to him it won't let me add it on attack. He's 22, 32Q. Why? His attack average is 40.2. As for my other striker i can add attack points...

I think there is a maximum difference you can have between skills. Might be 20?

Indeed you cannot have a greater difference than 20. To add to his Attack you will have to add to the lowest number (Defense?) before you can add more to Attack.
