It's this best way to improves my players performance?

Hey, I'm level 5 at top eleven. I figure a method that is helping me win more then before. But, I want to know if there a better method than this. I warning you i'm not an expert at this game, so don't take my advice.

Player performances. It depends on your player morale, how much win bonus you're paying them, how much quality it has, and possession. Best way to make your player performance better if you increase win bonus, keep their morale green, have maximums capacity of fans attending to gain 5%+ possession (Try not to make ticket sale too high) and watch the game to gain 8% possession. Also, It will be nice if you have a buddy spectating your game (2%+ possession per buddy) I have no top eleven buddy . Condition matter too i think, it has to be at-least yellow. Being away it's when your players performed the worst. Try your best to attend an away game and it's worth the 2 token to schedule a time you have time to watch it... On an away game try to add more win bonus too..

I believe that having your players on the best position they perform is the most immportant thing.
Took me a while to decide where exactlly to play every single MC and DC in my team.. they been getting rates from 5-8 while i was testing thoes.. once i figured it out they started getting 7-9..ya i know its weird but thats how it works for my team.
For example i had 2 guys with AML/AMC/AMR ability and if i switched their places they would perform bad and never score..if they were in the correct positions they would score alot more somehow..
I recentlly bought 19y.o MC with 5stars 1skill points to 6*..Started using him as central midlefier and he was getting rates between 5 and 7, switched his position on the left side(MC) and he started getting 7-9 somehow..

Anyhow bad rates on DC and GK is smth regular since i've got 36W 4D 1L this season..the only mistake i made was selling my AMC/AMR who scored 34Goals in 28games.. had an average rating of 8.5 but he was 27 y.o.. so i bought this 19 y.o who isnt performing that well..
I believe that a shadow stricker is the best ability to have for any AMC/AML/AMR and thats what he's missing.
Also if you check Iniesta on the picture i uploaded you would see 22G for 23MP and thats impressive for any MC unless he got Free kick ability like him.

also use all your squad in your games' rest your best players 'do a one bar warm up' nothing wrong puting a striker who can play on the left in a aml position as long as he is left footed. got a striker who has scored a lot of goals there on for the treble
