How about not pissing them off even more and just nicely asking for small improvements (and then bigger with time). I believe there can be communication.
Not voted because I can't vote "No...." without saying I'm satisfied with the answers.
Nordeus is actually making their own questions, and answered them. They just don't give a single piece of **** about their customers. Is this a FAQ or ASK THE DEVS???
They just try to avoid giving details on new market...
Guys if you can give me some feedback a bit more specific than just "A big piece of SHI*T" I can pass it on to Devs. What exactly didn't you like? Is it possible that absolutely none of the answers cleared anything?
Also, to set up expectations: do you expect Devs to share on this forums some big secret that will allow you to win every game (like Question 2)? Cause I don't think that's gonna happen..
My personal opinion: maybe you guys know the game so well that Devs cannot add anything that 1) you don't know already and 2) that is not secret and confidential (game engine, formations, etc) and as a consequence cannot be shared?
1 - Are special ability useful...Last time developers said yes they are useful when they kick in...
Now the question is when do they kick in and whats the % chance of them kicking in ???
Yes, they are but there is no % chance and when the appropriate situation arises it will always kick in. For example penalty kick special ability is useful only when the penalty kick is awarded and if player has that special ability.
They question was very simple but they didn't answered...Just ask them when does this appropriate situation arises and what's the probability of this appropriate situation rising...Or just tell us that SA are useless...
22 - can you explain why double corners seem to lead to a goal 99% of the time?
We cannot verify that statistic, it must have been coincidence. Even a noob can tell that double corners mostly occur in goals...But the devs do not know about this...They could have accepted the programming mistake and just said we will try to rectify it...
31 - Which effect the game result????
Team Quality/ formation/ SA/ Morale/ condition/ Home & Away/ Manager Presentor Not/ Training before match/ last games performances/
Facilities/ win bonus/ substitutes/ time spent on game/ ... ???
A lot of various factors influence the match outcome and we think that revealing all of them (or which of them is more important) will make the game less interesting.
How come revealing them will make the game less interesting...It will only make the game more competitive and interesting...
32 - Which effect the injuries most??
Condition/ morale/ training/ phy & mental Q/ ...???
Again a lot of various factors are involved, we can’t say more
Could have simply told the answer...Or just say we don't know the answer or the injuries are random or there are some player who are more injury prone...Dogging questions....
10 - how can a GK have a rating of 4 when my team wins 4-0 and yet the opponents GK get a rating of 8 despite losing 4 goals and when both GK's made 1 save each?
It’s quite a rare case and we are looking into it. They are saying its a rare case but it happens regularly...This show how much the devs know about the game...
11 - how does a manager win while playing with an illegal formation and only 20% possession?
An Illegal formation gives you 20% of ball possession, but it doesn't automatically mean that you are going to be defeated. For example when Barcelona played Granada: Granada v Barcelona Match stats - Goal.com...
I can bet you guys had no answer to this question but this game came to your rescue...This happens regularly in top 11 but in real football its just a fluke...
Some one asked on Twitter why the injury rate is so high in TOP11...You guys replied injuries rate in TOP11 has been taken form real life...LoL...
And many more useless answer...
I'm trying to understand.
Let's take the first 3 as an example. My thoughts below them, you add yours.

What doesn't make sense? It is explained that special abilities kick in every time there is an opportunity (for example penalty kick). Why do you think the question is not answered?
2 - Tell us in some detail about the game engine so that we can plan accordingly and thus the game will become more interesting and competitive...
We think that if we reveal more it would result with a less interesting player experience.
As mentioned.. do you seriously expect some big secret to be revealed just to this forum? The purpose of the game is to play, have fun and discover what works best, isn't it?
3 - Does the passing, focus, tackling, pressing, marking style and focus passing has any effect on the game result...
Because I used narrow diamond with passing down the flanks and I beat him 6-0 and then I used narrow diamond against the same team with passing through the middle and I beat him only 3-0...
Using the same tactics and formation doesn't mean that the score will be the same. Every match is unique. Just like in real football matches.*
Again it seems obvious to me.. there are many factors to consider in a game, even with the same team. For example, were the opponents players more tired or with lower morale in one of those games? What about your players? What about the opponent's formation? It is true that every match is unique. What would you expect as an answer? Use formation XYZ and you will win every time?

What about Shadow Striker, One on One Scorer and Playmaker etc...Does every time a Shadow Striker shoots the SA kicks in...Does every time a playmaker passes the ball SA kicks in...And suppose we got a penalty kick then will the SA always kick in...Or out of 10 penalty kick only some times the SA will work...
Surely the answer to that is that it will raise the chances of scoring etc. - instead of every (I'm making these figures up) 1 in 4 it might be 1 in 2 that goes in. I also don't get what you want to know about the SA "kicking in". Surely if it's there then it will raise the chances of them being successful in that particular area but won't guarantee it every time - how would you be able to say definitively whether it had kicked in or not or whether the base probability was higher than you thought?
We just whant to understand Why things happen.
special abilitys are big Secret, because you can have a penalty kicker specialist and he missed all the penaltys. We all know that is probability of scoring cant be 100%, but it has to be 80/90% otherwise what is the advantage of having special ability?
We only whant to understand how the advantage works, Why do i prefere do buy a 5* without SA comparing with a guy with same quality with SA.
If the Devs would ask that he have 10% more chances os scoring a penalty that a player without that SA, i would understand, even If it was a lie.
If Devs would say that this can be influence by the moral of the player, ok we would understand that a player with low moral would probably miss more chances.
But no, they just say it id better to have a player with SA, even If he misses all the chances in the ocasion he is suposed a specialist.
Am i being clear here?
We dont whant to know the Secret., just understand who a expect of the game can influence the game, like moral, how does moral work, more chances of injurys? Cards? Bad ratings?
I know that with low moral i have more chances to be booked, but for my experience. If the Devs confirmed this were was the problem?
Somebody ask about the money bonus, they just answered that with that you have more chances of winning, Why not responding something If you play with bonus your player Will play like that have full moral even it they dont have it full.
Even If it was a lie, it is a explanation, something like that.
But the response about GK ratings and double corners, was bizarre, since those are the most common posts on the forum and i guess on other places.
I know that not all the question make sense.
Because the devs said when they kick in the players is treated as one star higher...:)...
Surely if it's there then it will raise the chances of them being successful in that particular area - If this is the case then by how much a SA will raise the chances of a player being successful...
I have strong views on the answers too but it'd probably take me a week to word it so that I could get a better chance of an answer to the problem. >.<
My immediate thoughts on some of the answers is that they considered the question too rigidly. There was an opportunity that I don't think was taken to 'give a little bit more'.
I don't think it would have broken the devs code of game engine secrets being sacrosanct if more was given on the Special Abilities question - even a steer on whether, for example, it affects the ability of a free-kick taker to deliver a shot OR if it applies post event to the success/failure outcome. Simply put does it affect the factors used in determining an outcome or the outcome its self or both?
I would also have liked to know if they would put a bit more info in the tool-tip rather than just a name.
But I wasn't around when previous questions were answered nor when the questions were formulated.
This is all said in the context of understanding there are secrets never to be revealed (clues would be nice tho' ). ;)
PS. Not sure if any of this makes sense but I'm going to post and run. Dinner to buy. ;)
If you let me think in something, I help in this task. Maybe if we have a list of "reasonable" questions will be interesting.
...For example we can add some suggestions... to try to know if are in developers mind... like the injuries at the end of season... I really think that have to be deleted or, reduced... is a non sense.
I can't find anywhere where they said that the player will be treated as 1 star higher - I'll have to take your word on that. And I seriously can't see the devs revealing how much it raise the chances - they'd probably have to put in a clause saying that it depends on other factors. In essence what you are asking them is "is it worth training an SA, or should I just apply the skill points to their defence/attack/physical and mental?" - they aren't going to give that secret away, and even if they did, they'd probably ell you it depends on several factors.
I'm not defending the answers for the sake of it, I just honestly can't see them giving a clearer answer to that question than the obvious one hey gave.
That's exactly the point. I haven't checked again with Devs, but my opinion is that of course SA works, and depending on the kind of abilities and frequency of action the impact will change. Again this is my personal opinion, but I would guess that a penalty kick would be influenced by SA quite often, but probably not 100% of passages from a Playmaker will be influenced.
Now if you want to hear specific things like: 75% of passages from a Playmaker are influenced by SA, or that a player with SA has 10% more chances of scoring a penalty that a player without that SA let me tell you that I don't see that happening, and also what would be the point?
If everyone knows that X action increases scoring chances by X% then everyone will do that! :)

I've posted a thread where I reply back with feedback to every reply given by the devs. I'm not satisfied or happy with their replies to the questions, but as its such a long reply, I didn't want to post it in here and clog this thread up.
I remember other thing, how about auto generated players with wrong special abilitys, for exemple a ST with aerial defense, how does that work our just dont work?
For exemple If i ASK are the SA influenced by the way assigne SP is this aceptable? Or For exemple If i increase the defensive skills of a DC with aerial defense, does this have any influence in the SA?
Or If i look to a player with corner specialist but is parameters of crossing and passe are the lowest of the atacking parameters, are the SA afected, or this have nothing to do with the SA.
My sugestion is create a thread moderated by a admin and/or by a moderated were people could post questions. This question would be filtered, because not all the question make sense and dome gave already been answered, or could be changed in some way, to be more aceptable.
Then the good question would be posted in first page and answered by the Devs, every month or every 2 months, the questions answered should be posted a FAQ guide, that could be used by the moderators to give responses to the newbies and could be also used in facebook and Twitter.
We are not asking for the secrets, but something like this should be made:
Free kick specialist, use the player with this SA to take your free kicks, but dont forget that some players are better taking those from the right other those from the left, some are better for direct. free kicks others are better crossing. It is up to you discover the way your player is more efective. Take in consideration
the foot of the player,
The way the SP are assigned, a player with better crossing skills and left foot are better for left freekick, but can be exceptions.
Moral, a player with low moral misses more chances
Condition, a tired player can miss more.
If there was something like this, you are telins what can make the diference in that SA, but you are not giving all the answeres.

I really think that listening the players, the developers can create the "perfect T11 game". Just read suggestions of the players, and people will pay more for what they are asking for.
And @McS you said that you would be back with the answers, and we still waiting...How long more we will have to wait...:p...
