young players and price

what is the advantage of buying young player? sometimes i see player with the same quality and age sold at a different price,sometimes twice. are there any different?

Higher the price, higher their training SPEED...

So if you buy a good high price player he can serve you for 5,6 seasons easily with a little bit of training......
