I say turn to TL because your odds of finding someone on your server here with the players you want is way smaller than finding him on the TL.

I buy players off the TL, my Youth (when they're good) and in a blue moon from Friends.

First, you need to find which server you are on, then let others know that. It'll be easier for others who will be willing to help you out.

There are many servers. Adding people to your friend lists is basically a trial-and-error process that will take you a lot of time.
