He'll train faster than the others?

What I do is look at the average expected (10/20/30 on normal, 20/30/60 hard) and divide what he got when trained by that. So if the result is 1 or 1. something, not a fast trainer. 2+ a fast trainer. For my team, anyway...

But it's all relative, which is why I start with he'll train faster...because they slow down when they reach a star, or get older.
