Then you played with the same team on FB that you previously managed with the 'Let me play' option? I'm pretty sure there are users on here that manage two separate teams with those two options. Just try logging out of FB on the app, and then loading the app again and choosing the 'Let me play' option.

The team won't be deleted so quickly, it will still be there and can be accessed from FB if nothing else, unless you don't log in for 70 days. Here are your options now:
1) Continue managing that team from your phone and FB, because you sure as hell can't unlink the team from your FB now.
2) Try what I told you to do earlier, because I'm sure there are users here managing two different teams, one from their phone and one from FB.

It wouldn't do you any harm to answer the questions I pose to you as well.
