    if i have 500 skill points, does anyone know much my team will go up by?

    Depends how big your squad is.

    If you only have 14 players then that's an average of just over 35 per player which means an overall rise of just over 2.
    If you have 22 players then that would mean an average of just over 22 points per player = a rise of just over 1 overall.
