That's why I'm saying they changed that.
You are close to that range, but I'm 10 points far from the minimum of the range in my cup, which is illogical.
My best player is 147 and I think that's the reason I was put in that cup.

I gave you the ranges to attempt to show that at least for me it is reasonable and you agree. So, they've not changed it for me (but I'd never rule it out - I don't talk in absolutes).

So that leaves whether its just not enough teams of similar quality so higher Q ones get drawn in too or the possibilty that improvements have been made to other teams or both.

Either way I'd guess you were unlucky rather than there being a change in how draws are made. But how could we know.
