    It's still the same. Cup is drawn based on the quality of your best players, not average quality.

    free agent`s you lucky ( bleep ) means you have old transfer market while us on new ( 8 months now ) still have too SUFFER with donkey player`s coming up

    So, they did change that.
    2 or 3 seasons ago was still the average quality.
    I noticed that only last season and this season I am more sure about that.
