I have a question concerning the premium for winning the game. Can I for one match to give the players a bonus 15m (strong rival) and with a weaker team to reduce eg 7.5 million, and how the players react to it? They will play worse?

No one knows...There is no official statement regarding anything about the game......
Save your money, dont waist it on bonus.
If people think, what does the bonus do in real life? only motivated the players, that in the game is represented by moral, in my opinion bonus only afectes moral.
And for my experience low moral only increased the rate of cards, and maybe the risk of injurys.
But for sure only the Devs know!!!
THIS GAME IS TO RANDOM! I STOP WAISTING MY TIME!
