I found that my player didnt play well recently. They always get 6 or 7 rating but they used to be 8/9. My morale and condition is all full, what can i do to recover it? I already lose to 2 2*team because of them.I never change my formation,which is a 3-2w-3-2

Put these players on the bench for a few games. And when they start to play again look at their ratings again. Sometimes they become good. And if not i would sell the player and buy a new one
