    Aparentlly he doesnt know you and he doesnt want you to be in his friend list.

    i seldom add fren with my 2nd acc, so he's the first ever i m trying to add for today, and immediately after failing to add him, i m able to add anther guy as fren, what a joke. only him i failed to add
