I am now a level 7 manager. I always get players on the scout list. Sometimes I still have a lot of good players just sitting on my reserve and was wondering How do I put players on the negotiation list? Do I need to be a certain level?:confused:

No brother...You player just needs to be 1 skill point away fron getting a next star...Then your player will automatically put on negotiation list...:)...
I don't understand? even with the players sitting there I train them....so for example on my team I use 2 mc....then there are 2 sitting on the bench just sitting there I may play them once in awhile but otherwise may sit there for all season ......never has one aftet its turned into a 5 star did it ever got to the negotiation list so what im asking is how do I list one for negotiation list
What Sid is saying is that fo example on your level 5* player is 50-54 and to be put on negotiations list that player must be 54.8 same goes for 4* players (they must be 49.8) and 3* (must be 44.8) 1SP away from next starQuote:

It`s not just reserve player`s that go on Neg list as i`v had bids with 1st team player`s and you said as long as player`s are 1 skill point away from next star then they auto go on neg listQuote:

Yes, last season I took 8 players to 1 SP away from another star and left them there to see what would happen, most of them were first team players, and they all went on the negotiations list over the next few weeks.Quote:
