Plenty of people have plenty of injuries.
When they hit you hard they can hit really hard.
(On 1 team I had 1 player injured>1 min later sub on>1 min later sub injured.
)

Sadly injuries are part and parcel of the game, especially early on. The best way to prevent injuries is to keep improving the grass quality but I know that this takes time. The higher the levels you get the less injuries you will get. You just have to be patient, it has happened to us all at some stage.

I bought a player, quite excited about him, gave him his debut & he lasted 6 minutes & got an 8 day injury.....still doesn't beat my forward from 3 seasons ago that got a 20 week injury
