He'll need 21 skill points to hit 6*, I'm not sure whether he can get there. July is much more experienced with training. I did tell you how to check whether he is a fast trainer, though, just compare him to other players. I can't analyse him because you are a few levels below me. I can only check players with quality in the 90s.
