I play on PC, my phone is too slow, so I am not sure. BUT it may not be in the app, some features are missing. If you log in on computer you can do the Take Over.

I see, many thanks! Pretty sure it isn't on the phone, explored every menu! I'll stick with it till the rest of this season, if I can build my team back up it might stick with it at level 13. If not then I'll start back at level 1.
