How to reject Friendly Match?

Many times it happens that when i am sleeping at night, someone arranges friendly match with me, plays with the team, defeats me, and just go.. Everything happens at night..
So whenever i wake up, i get stunned..

Is there any way by which if someone wants to reject the friendly match they can or it doesn't start unless both managers does not agree to play?

if your away don`t worry about it as you won`t lose packs or moral or lnjuries and fitness, only home games will you gain packs, finance but player`s at home friendlies will lose fitness and suffer injuries

You can reject it unless you'r away and it isnt too late.. the question here is..

I don't think he meant you, spornybol.

As stated friendlies won't hurt your Team, but of course if you just don't like seeing an L on your history line, you could unfriend them.
I don't care, myself, I think when someone looks at my Team and sees the L maybe they dream they have a chance of winning against me.
