Around 01:30 GMT, 02:30 UK since it's DST in UK.

Yep nordeus says that it should be done at around 3:30 Serbian time xD that's gmt+2. so around 1:30

I'm GMT +2 " Egypt " now it's 4:53 and I get massage saying maintenance so isn't it taking too long ?!

Older servers take a bit longer to re-boot. im in UK and normally 4.40am for me.just keep refreshing your browser
