Power training is when you train a player on 'hard' setting on stretching, cardio and practice match. You do this six times an hour for stretching, twice an hour for cardio and once an hour you have a practice match. You replenish their condition with green packs and heal injuries as they happen with red packs. After a day or so you can raise a good player up a star.
