What defense?

Last season I conceded about 60 goals. Now, I tried to tank last season but I actually won 2 games, drew 2, and only lost 1 games with illegal formations. Prior to last season I averaged 22 goals allowed per season (across all 3 tournaments). So far, I'm 2 games in and have allowed 6 goals. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong as I haven't changed my tactics from previous seasons.

Cup games you will always concede more goals because the opponents are at similar levels. In the league you will be able to play abandoned and bot teams that you will be able to shut out.

I guess I can look at the bright side: since there is no CL for me, and now that I've been bounced from the CUp, I have fewer games to allow goals.

Btw, I would have always played a DC/DL, leftish if used as DC, perhaps that makes a difference.

Ya, I swapped him after the games cuz he's actually right footed and balances the Q's of the whole line.
