I tried to get 118 tokens with this offer but it didn't give me tokens even if i completed all steps as you see bottom.



What can i do?

Contact them through support, there's a support page for each of the sponsors, just locate it on the offers page. For matomy I think its the blue button at the top that says check offer status or something like that. Then inquire about the offer. You will get an email and you need to provide evidence that you completed the offer. Stuff like screenshots or anything...

Just for your own good be sure to cancel that subscription cause it will auto charge you in 5 days, plus from what i found they charge you 1$ for canceling the so called trial account unless you call them to cancel your account. Watch out with those sites that you put billing info etc.

ZCooL, hello, unfortunately Nordeus (TopEleven) can't help you with this problem, all what you can do is what Potemy told you, to write directly to them a message, to save time don't forgot to add your facebook id, because they will ask you and you will need to wait more then.

You can find your facebook id in game, tab help.
