Players out of position ?

Does anyone have an idea or real facts on the effects of playing one of your team out of position?

If i buy a scout player (AMR) will he still be strong and available to use as a (MR) ? Opposition seems very weak in my league too so his stats will be strong compared to theirs.

if it is within his possible training positions he will be fine (stats + condition+morale are the main attribute for performances), but his morale will drop faster than normal if out of position

I'm currently playing Zidane 7*103 ST out of position as an AMR and he is getting 7 or 8 ratings so it looks like its working for me.
