All "power training" refers to is training players on Hard setting, as often as possible, replenishing condition with green boosters and fixing him with red boosters when he breaks, with the goal of adding Roles, Special Abilities, or just more skill points assigned as you like.
Well my team sucked so much this season, I'm outta of the CUP and CL, so I'm for the first time in T11, bored. My Mid-field is so crappy this season, I got me one of these Nordgen and I'm torturing him 3 to 5 times a day with HARD training either/or/together Stretch/Card/Practice, its fun, but he is 19 year old.

When do these guys break or when should I expect his to slow down?
