Does putting same players in a squad for a long time help the team play better? Like in real life .... the players have special connection/coordination with some of the team members ... Does that apply to the game?

Whenever I'm selecting my top squad, for some reason I always think that some of my players play good when they are together .... Is it confusing? So imagine I have Player A, Player B and a player C that I just bought so when I put C with A or B, the A and B players score less ...... I can't even explain this ..... But I can't find anywhere where they mention players in the game grow some kind of friendship but I think it effects the squad .... Whenever I buy a new player and add it to the main squad on day 1, the whole team crumbles for a few days ..... But after a while they get the coordination again.....
