I have had this before with one of my scouts with low performances, left him out for 2 days and then put him back in the team and started to give 8s and 9s.

I have had this before with one of my scouts with low performances, left him out for 2 days and then put him back in the team and started to give 8s and 9s.

I have actually used him sparsely, Cup game against lower opps, training etc...
All without response and He just LOVES to give me 5

Finally after 5 performance of 5-5-5-5-5,
Double injury during game and training, (I still pamper with him with medical packs),
He turns in a 7 today. Let's hope he keeps it up.

i don't get it too.. I bought my first scout 23 yo yesterday .. he give me highest training gain in 2 sessions !! so told myself "ok, let me buy a 2nd scout" he is 20 yo.. now they both sucks in training .. they are doing very well in matches though 7-9 rating but the return are awful skills gained wise even during matches, now both getting around 45% after a match !! Jesus i had a 29 years, giving me back more in term of skills gained
