i don't get it too.. I bought my first scout 23 yo yesterday .. he give me highest training gain in 2 sessions !! so told myself "ok, let me buy a 2nd scout" he is 20 yo.. now they both sucks in training .. they are doing very well in matches though 7-9 rating but the return are awful skills gained wise even during matches, now both getting around 45% after a match !! Jesus i had a 29 years, giving me back more in term of skills gained
