FreaKING injuries

So I have thing called end of the season = at least 5 injuries, it happened yesterday(day 24/28 of the season)
After a loss in Champions League on of my best players MC got injured 3 days, I recovered him immediately couz' I needed him next day to play in league(So now I don't have any red pack's at all). Game goes well so far 0-3 at half time(away) min 75' 0-7 I changed my most tired players(min. 81), all players started full condition 99% and full morale, min. 86' my best player from team, captain and one of my 2 GK's got injured with any commentary before, the possesion bar was moving around I got a attacking action, the attacking action ended, possesion bar was again moving around and without any commentary, suddenly my goalkeeper got injured(Broken foot 6 days):

How is this even possible? A fan attacked my goalkeeper with crowbar my goalkeeper or my GK was moving around with high-heels on the field and the break his foot??? I tried playing some friendlies for red packs, guess what? Four friendlies in all games my players we're booked(all players morale was full and tackling style is set everytime to normal). I know this is a forum and the will not start to read all topics, but if you see this, C'mon... give me a freaking break Nordeus, is impossible someone to get injured like that.
