My team has an average quality of 40.1 although I'm level 4. My stadium is also progressing well for the level I'm at. Guess what - I haven't cheated to get here, and not spent anywhere near €100 either. Buying scout players that are just short of getting to the next star level and I've sped up some of my stadium building too.
