how can you be so sure? i See so many Video how to Hack Token in google and if he bought the token he spended more than 100 € in this Game and already used it on a dump Way Not so clever if he stays for more seasons. o.o
Why don't you try download one of those apps? You will have to pay money to download it and then find out it's fake. Maybe he prefer spending his money this way.
I've heard before that those token hack programs just change the value visually but don't actually give you tokens, cash, boosters or anything else.

100 euros is nothing, really.
He's not a hacker, he just bought tokens, thats all.
My team has an average quality of 40.1 although I'm level 4. My stadium is also progressing well for the level I'm at. Guess what - I haven't cheated to get here, and not spent anywhere near €100 either. Buying scout players that are just short of getting to the next star level and I've sped up some of my stadium building too.
