My strategy:
First day: Stretching, Cardio one session of each.
Second day: Stretching, Cardio, Subs bench with 5min appearance, then a practice with the rest of the squad.
Third day: Booster packs to Condition & Morale to max if needed, then let him rip.
Take little notice of form ratings personally. 99% are random or the game engine manipulating them to stop better players progressing to fast, especially with scouts.
Missed chances, yellow cards, fouls, just got SP from another game or a training session, there are so many factors we can only guess at that could affect the way the game engine uses to rob a player of form.
Last night 5 scouts all with 8 or better, 3 got a SP, Cid my 22yo 4* 42, DML/ML '6' for form, yet he got 2 SP. Yeh right!![]()
