    I think 70%,the formation is important too , but as u can see if it's not important why people complain about stronger teams in the cup.... If u have 11 scouts o higher star player in ur team u will not lose the league.... U might not win all games but in the end u go first
    I've seen many opponents in 11 seasons (also friends, they play same formation since joined top 11, with 11 scouts n all with SA u have nothing n no one to fear, whatever formation u choose
    I think u should ask how many of u won titles without having had the strongest team, i think most league winners here have also the strongest team,
    So if tactics very important would be nice to see if any weaker team here beat a token buyer after 26 games, i think a few
    If u have the strongest team it's easy to say tactics are important but i doubt someone wins the league being the 5th strongest in the league, then if he does tactics would show it's important but if u the strongest anyway, it's not to compare

    Really had to go with the lowest, not because Team Qty is only a minor factor, it's a major factor, but it can be trumped by simple stupid things like illegal formations, too many outta of positions players and such, you are instantly screwed!

    40% it matters in very few games .... Usually even with good formation and form.... It pretty much depends on Nordeus's systems mood....
