what does it mean manager level in overview? I have level 2 - novice. How can I get better ? Is it related to the results of league and cups or each season is one level up ?
Every season you promote, you get one level higher.
But If you change your team, for another one in a lower level, you keep your current manager level.
THIS GAME IS TO RANDOM! I STOP WAISTING MY TIME!
As you get promoted, your manager level goes up- it has nothing to do with your success.
