About LinkBackswell level 4 unlocked it so how i put my player in that list who are those player in that list what if i want to buy them without paying the tokens any detailed with pictures how to go through it i read some post but now am lost

you don't put the players, the players are in the list when are at 1 of Quality of the next star. Quality 4, 9, 14,19,24.... all in 4 and 9
ok so what about if i want to buy one i tried to make an offer on player but some have the offer button and some don't have it even though i get enough many and tokens
what defined how many tokens for each player can i sell player for tokens only also i listed player ending with 9 but haven't seen him there
most important can i click in player from other squad and make him an offer?
