It works!
If you're friended with my account (Timmy Barthels), you may enter the game now.
The sanction on my main has now been removed as well, so I can now send request to the league account for emblems/jerseys
To prove that you're in Server 57 you must sees "Arianator FC" in the friends' fixture
UPDATE: North Conference members who already have David John, you may start as well.
