Then you shouldn't sell them. Wingers should be fast, they need physical skills more than players in the middle. Mildfielders and some wingers need good overall, st,gk and def doesn't, so dont sell them just because overall stats.
I've shortlisted ST: overall 66, defence 59

I think if you press whole pitch all your players need strong physical skills. Especially wings & midfielders, of course.

aha then I will focus adding skill points to physical skills now.
