For the 2nd season in a row with me being level 20 i am placed in a level 21 league and can`t even sign level 21 player`s from the transfer market, now you can`t say i`m at top of server as there are 7 levels above me and with no promotion last season WHY has team/teams that where promoted last season not filled the gaps that i filled last season ???

There are some serious problems with the game but Nordeus is solving them :
1) Placing of a lower level team into higher level...
2) No ways to identify fast trainers at high level...

The number one on your list is valid, I have given the trained monkeys at Nordeus in the suggestion thread their answer they need, but of course they are a Microsoft outfit meaning they are technically 20 years behind.....HAHHAHAHAHAHHA.They dislike you and are taking revenge from you...

As for your second point, they are not obligated to let us know, pot-luck on selecting players are a real life football issue.
In football it is better to be Lucky than Good.
At lower level we are able find that which player is a fast trainer then why not at higher level...And in real football we know very well about a player whether he is good or not...
Can you just take a deep breath, relax and try your best to remember.

Few days ago i played 2nd and last time ever against mou, few season ago he defeated me 1-0.
My team: 64 average rating (5 stars), 9 scouts, all players ready to play (90+% fit, no injury) and all positions covered, morale full green, formation 4 3mc aml/amr st
Mou team: 58.x rating, 3-4-3 formation, 4 scouts (best has 67 rating).
Match starts: 61% ball pos. for my team, domination in shooting and chances...
Match outcome: 0-1, 2X injured players (9 and 2 days)
I was so angry, didn't take screenshot, don't want to remind me. What's purpose of Mou then?
I'm lvl 15 and i'm on a lvl 16 league
