To be fair, if you had watched the match yourself, it would have only been a +7% bonus for your opponent. Watching the match yourself makes a bigger difference than anything else, and not only for the possession bonus. Adapting in the middle of a match when things are going poorly can make a big difference too (if you make the right decisions).

Yep, watching a match does make a big difference. Last season i think i missed just 3-4 days from game.

When you are there for your team, supporting, you can make substitutions, tactic changing and many more +8% possesion

It's never more than 15%, that is the maximum advantage from supporters/manager present. They could have 30 people supporting and it's still 15%.

And absolutely right, it's better if you're there.
