But what *is* the best fix? Bots? Adjusted to Level markets? Something else? I do agree that being near the top of the server can be frustrating, but the higher the level less managers and less still as people Take Over or go inactive.. I think I myself will be facing it soon, and I haven't decided what 'm going to do when I'm in CL or League with too many higher level teams. But I'm leaning toward a Take Over, since one of my friends did it.

I rather like the idea of markets being tied to level, at least it would be better. But then to make it fair would your guys drop a star when you went back to your proper level?
