in nordeus t11 you don't need any skills in football nor training for your team. besides that in a season with champions league and Pokal matches you just can't train your team because your teams condition always is at lower ranks. so what.

there is only one thing that really matters. get at least 180token every season or more. anything else is just pointless or a little bonus
