How can i sell a player on negotation ?

i mean that i can not sell one of my players in "Negotation"
But how can i know that i can be in the same server and so "make an offer" ?

What Hignoa is trying to tell you, is that you can't put players up for negotiations. The only way you can sell players this way, is if somebody else makes and offer to you.
