negotiation not working as it should

i have friend in level 7 and am at level 4 his ending quality is 9 but i still cant make him an offer same with some players in negotiation page while i could buy other players with 3-6 ending quality

are you going on neg list or straight too friends squad when making bid ?? if to friends squad some will be on different server than yourself so unable to make offer as i have same problem

To make an offer; the player must be in a team on your server, and be 3-5* from your perspective.

If someone has rejected offers there won't be bid; also too on the Negotiations list occassionally I've heard complaint on here there is no button and is an error.

no error for me but cant find the offer button but still silly i cant make an offer from different server that's must be fixed along friends matches

Fixing cross-server stuff is easier said than done, it's one way to add a LOT to server traffic.

i`v just seen two picture`s and i`m guessing they are not from your neg list as neither are 1-2 skill point away from next star and you went too your friends squad too make offer ? if so the top one is not on your server where as lower one is
