help please!

So I've just started my 4th season and i seem to be getting beat quite easily against lesser opponents. i have a team rating of 36.6 = 6* team with an average age of 24 and a team cost of 36mil and being beat by teams with a rating of 23 and team value of 11.5mil and I'm being beat 3-0 each time. Its like im real madrid being beat by bristol rovers lol! I've tried using the same formation as him, the counter formation everyone recommends on here and i still seem to be getting beat badly against teams half my quality or value? And this only started since the new season started....any suggestions would be a great help as im close to leaving this game through pure frustration lol. the past 3 seasons i've won my league and both cups, whats going on :s

Easy thing counters give more position not wining garuntee thing example my new team I have been unbeaten 9 games then what ever I do I kept lossing all matches 6-7 in Raw it cost me rank 1 today I was in lead aginst illagel formation in 7 min it turns 2-3 without simple reason someone call it troll result looool I wish trolls happen to opponet during cup

Lol I totally get what your saying Abu BUT, whats the point in spending real life money on scout players, spending hours everyday to perfect your team only to be beat by a much much lower quality team that shouldn't even stand a chance? It just doesn't seem to be worth the effort. Thanks for your input anyway Abu. Much appreciated!

Dude dont be fool...
Dont buy many scouts because they are useless..If you wanna buy scouts buy maximum 2-3 scouts..2 strikers 22-24 max and a midfelder with free kick ability (22-23) and the other 18-22 players.This is the recipe of SUCCES.Trust me...

well i have 3 scout bought players... a striker with one on one scorer ability the 2nd is a midfielder with corner specialist and a AMC who has free kick abilty. the rest are scout stats but not bought from scout. And like i previously said i have an average age of 24 which i think is perfect and had won me the triple 3 seasons running till now when the new season started, everything went down from my 1st game yet i still shadow everyone in my league stats and money spent wise :l

Dont do hard training to your players...be careful that your team has at least +40-50% condition because if you have under 30% you ll lose many games in the future...

I don't really train my players all that much and i'm always topped up on energy and morale. I think this game still has random* mechanics. I've gone into a game with 20% energy on all players with little or no morale before against a equally statted team and still won stupidly like 5-1. My point is no matter what you do in this game you'll still get random results from time to time. Thank you for your advice none the less dunk

I am suffering the same as you.
I am now on season 4, have built my team up to ave 4star 31.5 and ave age of just 21
I should be the strongest team in my league but am getting regularly beat and out of cup already against weaker team
I try counter formations, watch games have greater possession but frustrating to see team beaten regularly dispute all the effort.

Mind you as a West. Ham supporter I should be used to it
Stick in there dude, it's still a fun game and I am sure all will come good in the end, even if we have to miss out on promotion for a season.

Come on Mitchell Baker!! You've won many trophies and managed to win the triple more than one time and now you want to give up just 'cause you're not as successful as in previous seasons?! That sounds just hilarious! A good Manager stays with his team in good as well as in bad times, so pull yourself together and fight 'til the end!!
In football you can't be successful all the time and there are many surprises. Actually that's why it's such a great sport, isn't it? :-)
