Are my injuries caused by Hard Training or co-incidence?

I'm trying to work out. Do injuries caused by high intensity training only occur at the point of training? Or can doing regular hard training cause an injury during a game at a later date?

Just to clarify conditions of players were all in the 90's at the point of kick off so I know hard training can lead to fatigue etc and low condition, and then an injury in a game because condition started low. But do hard training injuries only ever happening during training?

After I have hard trained my guys, even if I use green booster to full condition, the odds of injury seem a lot higher for the next match.

I did a lot of hard training last season, and had minimal injuries. This season so far I've done only normal training, and I've had 3-4 injuries from training alone.

I'm sure hard training does have an effect on injuries, but it may or may not be that big of a difference, and it's just luck.

I'm still on 1 injury for the season, and I've done a bit of power training. It's most likely random chance, the game doesn't take into account how many injuries you've already had when rolling the dice again. And if you've got a few injured guys, the rest of your players are likely to be playing more, increasing their fatigue levels and injury chances.

Interestingly, as one of the more vociferous refuters of the 'injury conspiracy' theorists, I've noticed a lot of injuries this season. The part I find intriguing is that most of them are players who barely got an injury last season. I'm collating data at the moment, so I have all the records.

This would seem to go some way to discrediting my previous theory that some players are more prone than others...it does lend some credence to those who suspect that Nordeus are perhaps trying to take advantage.
